Having been in the publishing industry for over 10 years, Barb Wire Enterprises Ltd have been representing black history month since 2000 in previously launched magazine Live Listings Mag. Headed by the founder, Barbara Campbell, the company launched the first of their global – stand alone – publications in 2003.

The following year they launched The Official Guide to International Women’s Month. Since then the brand has grown from strength to strength. Black Heritage Today raises issues relevant to the target community; heighten the confidence and awareness of the cultural heritage of people of African descent; disseminate information on positive contributions to Society and highlight and celebrate the achievements of those in the current community whilst uncover hidden history. In all, it serves as a platform for information-sharing and critical debate in a style that is cutting-edge and positive.
