Hung, Andrew

Andrew Hung came to Britain from Hong Kong in 1988 to study at Westminster University. He took a temporary job as a waiter but then developed a passion for the catering business and eventually became a restaurant manager. In 1999 he was promoted to general manager of the Weng Wah Group which owns Shanghai restaurant in Hackney.
