Hinge and Brackett was a popular comic drag act, featuring George Logan as Dr Evadne Hinge and Patrick Fyffe as Dame Hilda Bracket. The two characters were elderly, intellectual female musicians.
The act was performed in London clubs during the 1970s, including the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, Vauxhall. This performance at the Stoke Newington Assembly Hall followed a successful appearance at the 1974 Edinburgh Festival.
