Toy theatre stage with Neptune and Royal Arms on proscenium arch, 4 boxes, 2 side doors.

Toy theatre sets were used by wealthy children in the 1800s. This set was made by Pollocks in Hoxton. The theatre and its many characters could be bought ready to use or be painted at home by the children.
