Physical Description
16 aluminium pie dishes with raised slanted sides and a flat ridge in two sizes (a&b). They were used at F. Cooke & Sons, an Eel, Pie and Mash shop, Kingsland Road in Dalston. Although there is a Chinese restaurant the current restaurant has kept the art deco interior originally installed by Cooke which is now protected by English Heritage as a Grade II listed building.
