The Victoria Park Harriers were an athletics club started in 1926 and merged with Tower Hamlets Athletics Club in 1976. The badge takes its colours from the club's original running kit: a white uniform with a blue sash. This badge closely resembes the original 1930s design by Tommy Brooks and Bill Sadd.
