Physical Description
This is a pink and white plastic diabolo with two wooden sticks connected with white nylon rope. This type of toy was a popular in Victorian times. The diabolo is balanced and spun on the length of string then thrown into the air and caught again on the string. This prop was used by Circus Space, a circus arts training space, which moved into the old power station on Coronet Street, Hoxton in 1994.
