This is one of a collection of postcards of Hoxton born boxer Jim Kenrick. Kenrick boxed in the bantamweight division, a class for boxers that weigh between 112 and 118 pounds. Kenrick stood at 5 feet tall. He was champion bantamweight of England in the early years of the 1900s, and came runner up to American Johnny Coulon for the World's Bantamweight Championship in 1910.
