Welcome to Hackney Wick Festival.
The day includes the fete on the village green, Eastway, with the Wick Curiosity Shop, plus a programme of walks, talks, tours, a tea dance, art installations, boxing, open studios, school fairs, a boulder, gardening, Eton Manor Boys Club, roof top artist.
The festival theme is 'local produce; and celebrates the lives and the life in Hackney Wick.
Hackney Wick Festival has been organised by the Wick Coalition, a steering group of local residents, artists and organisations led by Space with St Mary of Eton, Hackney Wick Community Centre, Gainsborough School, Trowbridge Centre, UXL, Albion Kids Show and Hackney Playbus.
