Physical Description
A1 placard printed on white corrugated plastic carried by a wooden pole attached with black tape. Placard reads 'ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, IT COULD BE YOU NEXT.' There are corners of another image attached to the placard showing where a picture of a shrine to Rashan Charles had previously been attached. Beneath this, the placard shows brightly coloured flowers and balloons attached to black wrought iron fence outside of a park.
