You are a valued guest of the London 2012 Organising Committee (LOGOC) for the Olympic and Paralympic Village Commissioning Event taking place in the Olympic and Paralympic Village at Stratford on 29 June 2012.
We have established a set of policies and procedures for this event which are designed to enhance your experiences and support your safety and security. By signing this form you confirm that you will comply with all relevant LOCOG policies and procedures relating to the Olympic and Paralympic Village Commissioning Event and the Olympic and Paralympic Village. Specifically, you confirm that:
1. You will not do anything which might bring LOCOG into disrepute or damages the reputation of LOCOG or is detrimental to LOCOG in any way.
2. You will not do anything which exposes LOCOG to any civil or criminal liability.
3. You will not cause any damage to the Olympic and Paralympic Village and any fixtures, fittings, decorations, furnishings, content and/or equipment from the Olympic and Paralympic Village (including, but not limited to, the linen within the Olympic and Paralympic Village). Further, if you become aware of any damage to the Olympic and Paralympic Village or any of the foregoing, you will notify LOCOG as soon as reasonably practicable.
4. To the extent permitted by law, LOCOG will not accept any responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to any of your belongings or equipment which you may bring into the Olympic and Paralympic Village, even if LOCOG provides you with a secure space for such equipment.
