With reference to your advertisement in "The Daily Telegraph" of today's date, I wish to apply for the situation.
I have had six years experience, of which one year has been spent in a Milliner's office, three years in a Chartered Accountant's office and two years in the Hosiery & Lingerie business and I have also received two years Secretarial training at Pitman's College.
My speeds are 120 Shorthand and 60 Typewriting and I have a thorough knowledge of Book-keeping and general office routine, for all of which I have gained first class certificates.
I am 22 years of age and I am able to furnish excellent references.
