Housing Estates.
With reference to your applicaiton for housing accommodation, I regret that it will not be possible to deal further with the application until an up-to-date certificate has been received from the Town Hall authorities stating that your previous accommodation has been damaged by enemy action to an extent beyond first aid repairs.
Such a certificate could be endorsed on the reverse side of this letter and, in the meantime, your application will be held in abeyance.
