Physical Description

Corrugated plastic sign, labelled 'SPACE' in orange letters, and 'Coronavirus cases are high in Hackney. Protect your friends and family' in white letters, on a black background. In the centre is an illustration of 4 heads, with '2 METRES' written in white letters between them.
There are 2 holes along the top edge and 2 holes along the bottom edge of the sign, where plastic cable ties would have been used to attach the sign.

From 'Hackney during the pandemic':

‘Hands’, ‘Face’, ‘Space’ signs
Throughout the pandemic Hackney Council has installed signage all over the borough to communicate important information and public health measures, to help keep residents safe.
These ‘Hands’, ‘Face’, and ‘Space’ signs were displayed around the borough to remind people of the 3 key measures that would help protect them; washing their hands regularly for at least 20 seconds, wearing a face mask, and maintaining social distancing by keeping 2 metres space from other people.
