The Glory was an LGBTQIA+ nightclub in Haggerston from 2014 until 2024.

Personal experiences

"Thirst Trap, thats a club night...We kept all our club nights in house mainly. So Friday and Saturday nights. I think Thirst Trap was Saturday night. Again that is just a play on modern words people would use regarding, people looking sexy on Instagram. So you know, you pick up on language of people around you, and you just reference that and produce something fun and irreverent. Everything was always irreverent, it was always transgressive, it was always a bit naughty. It was very much for the queer scene, made for queers, by queers for queers. So you know, everything had a bit of a naughty, challenging edge to it, very tongue and cheek."
