Object history

During the COVID-19 pandemic NHS and local governments used public messaging in different languages in order to encourage different communities to get vaccinated and take tests to stop the spread of the virus.

Test and Trace was the UK Government scheme set up with the NHS to stop the spread of COVID-19 by encouraging both lateral flow and PCR tests as well as tracking people's visits to different organisations such as shops or restaurants. People would be contacted via an app or text if they had been in contact with anyone who later tested positive for COVID-19.
