Object history
This badge was owned and worn by Hackney councillor Peter Kahn. It was part of the 'Bethnal Green Hospital Campaign' (1977-78), which saw NHS doctors, nurses, ambulance staff and GPs occupying the premises of the Tower Hamlet hospital premises and continuing to perform their medical duties despite the announcement of the imminent closure.
